Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH (TS&C) is a leader in the field of holistic data management (Big Data). With dailypoint™, a software solution particularly developed for hospitality industry, the company caters to individual hotels as well as hotel groups. TS&C has been established in 2005 and had its focus on marketing-oriented customer relationship management (CRM). Over the years, various new products and services have been added to the portfolio. dailypoint™ enables hoteliers access to holistic data management, which is usually restricted to Online Travel Agents (OTA) or shopping giants such as Amazon. The software covers all relevant areas of communication, client retention as well as guest feedback management; it supports operations and facilitates significant analyses, which provide a solid basis for decision-making. TS&C is partner of ÖHV (Austrian Hotel Association) and an official member of the HTNG (Hotel Technology Next Generation), hsmai (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) and HOSPA (hospitality professionals association).

Therefore we partner with D-EDGE (part of ACCOR S.A.) to offer the market a solution that intelligently combines CRS and CRM. This resulted in the following new split of partner shares as of December 2019: Dr. Michael Toedt 58,64 %, Accor S.A. 21,82%, Dr. Robert Selk 11,73% und Rainer Aumiller 7,82%.

Dr. Michael Toedt
Dr. Michael Toedt is one of the most renowned experts in the field of Big Data and CRM. His professional life to date can be divided into two areas: First, his goal was to take over his parents’ hotel business. After two specialist training courses and experience in the star gastronomy sector, he studied business administration with a focus on the hotel industry. In 2000, he started his second career in the field of CRM at the Schörghuber Group of Companies, and in 2005 founded Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH. Since then TS&C, now known as dailypoint, has made a name for itself as a software company and think tank for data-driven management. Among others Michael Toedt wrote the official CRM guide of the Austrian Hotel Association and the book “Big Data”, which has become a standard work for the topic of Data Management. He received his doctoral degree in 2016 on the subject of CRM, respectively “The influence of communication on sales performance in the luxury hotel industry” from the University of Latvia.
Michael Toedt writes articles for international magazines and online platforms on a regular basis and lectures at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich about CRM and Hotel Technology as well as at Hotellerie Suisse in the NDS Management Program.
Dr. Robert Selk
Attorney-at-law Dr. jur. Robert Selk is associate partner in the law office of Dr. Schmid, Dr. Selk & Hoffmann in Munich. His doctorate was completed in the internet and data protection area. Master postgraduate studies followed in European and International Business Law (Master of Law, LLM). Dr. Selk is a member of the work group IT-Law of the German Lawyers Association, the German Association for Law and Computer Sciences (DGRI), the Association for Data Protection and Security (GDD) as well as the German Data Protection Association (DVD). His activities are mainly focused on computer, internet, data protection laws and commercial legal protection/ copyright laws. Dr. Selk is Data Protection Officer in various companies and also guest lecturer at the University of Augsburg for the e-commerce field as well as lecturer at the Academy for Corporate Management of the Chamber of Commerce in Bavaria.
Rainer Aumiller
Rainer Aumiller graduated in Physics and Electrical Engineering and is an expert in the field of technology and programming.
He is the author of several books about programming and programming languages and also translated numerous publications about networks, trainings and Unix. Programming applications such as data base systems (MasterBASE) and programming languages (Logo, 32FORTH) as well as creating software for patent attorneys also is his field of activity. He was a publisher of a computer magazine and used to run a training company. All this experience flows into his role as a Managing Director of a Service Provider and his position as CIO with dailypoint.
Karin Toedt
The trained lawyer has been working in hospitality since 1985 and passed through all relevant departments up to directorate. Her special fields are Marketing and Human Resources. Before TS&C Mrs. Toedt was responsible for manager trainings at Hubert Burda Media.
